About Robert
Robert helps businesses and individuals navigate complex disputes with a practical, strategic approach focused on achieving the client’s objectives. His practice includes real estate, construction, business, and contract matters, where he advises clients on both resolving disputes and protecting their interests before disputes arise.
As an experienced litigator, Robert brings substantial courtroom experience to every matter. He has handled all stages of litigation, from early case assessment and strategy through dispositive motions, trial, and appeal. He has tried numerous cases before judges and juries throughout Utah and has successfully represented clients before the Utah Court of Appeals.
Robert approaches each matter with the understanding that the best legal strategy depends on the client’s broader goals. He works closely with clients to identify practical solutions, evaluate risk, and develop a strategy tailored to the circumstances—whether that means negotiating an efficient resolution or aggressively pursuing a matter through trial. Clients value his responsiveness, straightforward advice, and ability to find creative solutions to difficult legal problems.
Before practicing law, Robert competed at the highest levels of alpine skiing as a member of the U.S. Ski Team and an NCAA Division I All-American. That experience shaped the discipline, preparation, and competitive drive he brings to his legal practice today.
Robert remains an avid skier and enjoys spending his time outside the office in the mountains.
